The Show Ends for Everyone at Once

December fills the Dallas–Fort Worth performance calendar: symphony concerts, touring musicals, ballet, choral programs and family shows in both cities. Getting to the theater is the easy part. The hard part is the last five minutes, when the whole audience walks out together and every parking garage exit, rideshare pickup and curb outside the building fills at the same time.

That's why most of our holiday show bookings are by the hour. Your chauffeur picks you up, waits through the performance, and is ready when you walk out, so the evening ends in a warm car instead of a cold line. Call or text (682) 276-6812 to set it up.

Holiday show night, the short version:
🎭 Book by the hour so the car waits through the show
🍽️ Add dinner before the show on the same booking
⏰ Aim to arrive about 45 minutes before curtain
📅 Book two to three weeks ahead, earlier for groups

Why Not Just Call a Ride After the Show?

Because everyone else in the building does the same thing at the same minute. Surge pricing is part of it, but the bigger cost is standing outside in December weather while a driver works through the same traffic you're trying to escape. For an evening you dressed up for, it's an unpleasant way to finish.

  • No waiting outside. The car is already there. That matters most for older relatives, families with tired kids and anyone in evening wear.
  • Dinner and the show on one booking. The chauffeur waits at the restaurant and at the theater, so a dinner that runs long isn't a problem.
  • Nobody has to be the driver. Everyone in the group can enjoy the evening.
  • No parking to find. Downtown Dallas and Fort Worth's Cultural District get crowded on December weekends.

DFW's Holiday Performance Venues

We drive to every major performance venue in the Metroplex, including:

  • The Dallas Arts District: the Winspear Opera House, the Wyly Theatre and the Meyerson Symphony Center
  • The Majestic Theatre in downtown Dallas
  • The American Airlines Center for arena-sized touring shows
  • Bass Performance Hall in Fort Worth's Sundance Square
  • Ariat Arena (formerly Dickies Arena) and Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth's Cultural District

We don't publish a list of this year's shows. Holiday programs are announced on each venue's own calendar and change through the fall. Check the venue or its official ticket seller for what's playing, buy your tickets there, then send us the venue and the curtain time. For more on the venues we serve, see our venues page.

Where will the car be waiting?

That depends on the venue and the vehicle. An SUV or Sprinter can usually pull up close to the entrance. Some venues don't have room at the door for a stretch limousine or party bus, so your group meets the vehicle at a nearby spot. We'll confirm where before the night.

Three Ways to Book a Show Night

BookingHow it worksGood for
Show night, car waits Picked up at home, chauffeur waits through the show, then home Couples and small family groups
Dinner and a show One booking covers the restaurant, the venue and the ride home Anniversaries, date nights and client evenings
Group or family outing A Sprinter or limo, one or several pickups, everyone together Extended family, friends and office groups
See vehicle options on the fleet page

How early should we leave?

Plan to arrive about 45 minutes before curtain in December. Holiday crowds come early, lines inside are longer, and traffic around the big venues builds about an hour before the show. Tell us the curtain time and where you're coming from, and we'll suggest a pickup time.

What about a client evening?

The same booking works on a corporate account with company billing, so nobody has to expense the night. If you're hosting clients for the holidays, our holiday party planning guide covers larger company groups.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the chauffeur wait through the show?

Yes, when you book by the hour. You're picked up, your chauffeur waits through the performance, and the car is ready when you come out.

Can we add dinner before the show?

Yes. One booking can cover the restaurant, the venue and the ride home, with the chauffeur waiting at each stop.

Which venues do you serve?

Every major performance venue in Dallas–Fort Worth, including the Dallas Arts District, the Majestic Theatre, the American Airlines Center, Bass Performance Hall, Ariat Arena and Will Rogers Memorial Center.

How far ahead should we book a December show night?

Two to three weeks ahead for a couple or small group, and earlier for a Sprinter, limo or anything larger. December weekends are among the busiest dates of the year.

Is the price higher in December?

No. You see your price before you book, and it never surges for busy nights.

Send us the date, venue, curtain time, number of guests and pickup address, and mention any dinner plans. Book online or call (682) 276-6812, 24/7.
